Personal data is collected, processed, and stored by the data controller, Rozalen O\u00dc (hereinafter referred to as the data processor).<\/li><li>A data subject, within the meaning of the privacy policy, is a customer or any other natural person whose personal data is processed by the data processor.<\/li><li>A customer, within the meaning of the privacy policy, is anyone who purchases goods from the data processor&#8217;s website.<\/li><li>The data processor follows the data processing principles set out in legislation; among other things, the data processor processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data processor is able to confirm that personal data has been processed in accordance with the law.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-milliseid-isikuandmeid-t-deldakse\"><strong>What personal data is processed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>name, phone number, and email address;<\/li><li>delivery address for goods;<\/li><li>bank account number;<\/li><li>cost of goods and services and payment-related data (purchase history);<\/li><li>customer support data.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the above, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data that the data processor collects, processes, and stores is collected electronically, primarily through the website and email.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mis-eesm-rgil-isikuandmeid-kogume\"><strong>For what purpose we collect personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (date of purchase, item, quantity, customer details) is used to compile overviews of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. The bank account number is used to issue refunds to the customer. Personal data such as email, phone number, and customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services, as well as for direct marketing via email, which can be opted out of by contacting customer support. The IP address or other network identifiers of the online store user are processed to provide the online store as an information society service and to generate web usage statistics.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data processor has the right to share customers&#8217; personal data with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, and companies providing transfer services. The data processor is the controller of personal data. The data processor transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iguslik-alus\"><strong>Legal basis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the customer. The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., accounting and resolving consumer disputes).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-turvalisus-ja-andmetele-ligip-s\"><strong>Security and access to data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access to personal data is granted to online store employees who can review personal data to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services. The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. The transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g., transport service providers and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded between the online store and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are required to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-isikuandmetega-tutvumine-ja-parandamine\"><strong>Accessing and correcting personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Personal data can be accessed and corrections can be made through customer support.<\/li><li>The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data provided by them is accurate, correct, and complete. Knowingly providing false information is considered a violation of the privacy policy.<\/li><li>The data processor is not liable for any damage caused to the data subject or third parties resulting from the submission of false data by the data subject.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-n-usoleku-tagasiv-tmine\"><strong>Withdrawal of consent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the processing of personal data is based on the customer&#8217;s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw their consent by notifying customer support via email.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-s-ilitamine\"><strong>Retention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The online store retains personal data until the customer has expressed a wish to have the data deleted. Data that must be retained due to legislation (e.g., accounting data) is stored by Rozalen O\u00dc in accordance with the requirements set out in the law.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kustutamine\"><strong>Deletion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To delete personal data, you must contact customer support via email. A request for deletion will be answered no later than within one month, specifying the period for data deletion.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-pps-tted\"><strong>Final provisions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (info@kangasemu.ee).
